After The Last Spin
Spin Winnings Turn Into Bonus Money First
This settles what happens to anything you win from a spin deal once the reels stop.
Same Winnings, Smaller Credit
Winnings counted toward the wagering come from slot play; other game types add less or nothing, so a spin balance can stall while you play elsewhere.
Above A$7, Below The Line
While the winnings are still bonus money, a maximum stake of A$7 applies; going over it with one bet can cost you the whole balance.
One Deal, One Address
One spins offer of this kind is allowed per person, household and device; a second account for the same player closes the first one too.
Credited Balance, Not Cash
Anything you win on the reels is credited as bonus money first, so it sits in your balance waiting for the wagering rather than sitting as withdrawable cash.
Where value sits
Which slots carry the free spins?
18+Every spin deal at Wildhub Casino names one slot, so you know the game before you claim.
Big Time Gaming
Bonanza
Bonanza by Big Time Gaming carries 184 spins at A$0.10 and 25 more at A$0.10, all on the welcome route. 184 free spins · Joining offer · Deposit 1; 25 free spins · Joining offer · Deposit 3
Wildhub Casino Waits For The Code. A code has to be entered in the bonus area before the round exists; if it was typed after a deposit or in the wrong field, no spins appear there.
One Household, One Round. The ten WILSPINS10 rounds are single-use per person, household and device, so a shared laptop or a second sign-up leaves the balance empty from the start.
Wildhub Casino Loads One Slot. Rounds load only inside the slot named in the deal, so opening a different game shows an empty balance until you switch back.
Did You Reach Your Level?. Weekly VIP rounds depend on the level reached in the period; a light week means a smaller allocation or none at all.
Before You Write Support. When the checks above change nothing, message live chat or [email protected] with the offer name and the time you claimed it, and support can trace the record.

Four levels, one ladder
Which level pays how many spins?
Levels run from 25 to 250 spins and refresh each week at 10x wagering, so the tier you sit in decides the size of your drop.

Spins in your balance
How do the spins reach your balance and get played?
The worry this clears up: spins that seem to be missing usually sit unclaimed or on the wrong slot (17 words)
Register once
Set up your account with an e-mail address and a password you keep, since a single account per player is the rule here.
Before you pay
Type the code in the bonus field of the cashier before you deposit; a code entered after the payment does not attach to it.
Which methods count?
Send at least A$14, and remember that Skrill and Neteller payments do not count for spins offers at all.
One slot only
Load Bonanza for the welcome spins; the count sits on that slot at A$0.10 a spin and nowhere else in the lobby.

Know before you spin
Spin terms, answered plainly
After this you will know exactly how spin stakes, winnings and caps work here.
trustCan I decide how much each spin is worth?+
No. Every offer carries a fixed value per spin, from A$0.10 up to A$0.20, and the stake is not adjustable. Your spins also run only on the slot named in the offer, so you cannot move them to a different game.
trustWhat happens when I request a payout from spin winnings?+
Spin winnings arrive as bonus money, not cash, and stay that way until you meet the wagering on the offer. A$50 is the most you can cash out from the code WILSPINS10, and your account has to pass verification first. Once the playthrough clears, the balance moves across to withdrawable money.
trustWhere does the A$50 cap on WILSPINS10 come from?+
The cap keeps a no-deposit gift from turning into a large cash payout the house has not been paid for. On WILSPINS10 the ceiling is A$50, taken from winnings that carry 40 times playthrough. Anything above that figure is removed when the bonus completes.
trustWhy should I care which licence the site holds?+
Wildhub Casino N.V. holds licence OGL/2017/1899/765 from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao, with the company registered at Heelsumstraat, Willemstad. That is an offshore licence, so Australian state regulators do not oversee the site. Read the terms with that in mind before you deposit.
trustWhat happens when an offer shows zero wagering?+
Yes, one offer needs no playthrough at all: 125 spins on Supreme Hot every Friday after a deposit of A$30. Those winnings land as withdrawable money. Every other spin deal on the site carries wagering between 10 and 40 times.
trustHow often can I collect free spins here?+
Repeated deals come on set days. Wednesday brings 75 spins on Ankh Of Anubis after a deposit of A$20, Friday brings the wagering-free Supreme Hot spins, and Saturday runs a tiered round on Fishin Frenzy Megaways. Weekly VIP spins and a weekly tournament sit on top of those.
trustWhy would I skip the no-deposit code and go straight to the welcome deal?+
Nothing blocks you from using both, because they are separate deals with separate codes and separate slots. Claim WILSPINS10 first on Starlight Princess, then take the welcome spins on Bonanza with JADESUPERDEP1. Each carries its own wagering, so read both before you start spinning.

Wildhub Casino leaves stopping to you
Spins never oblige you to keep playing or to deposit again. Limits sit in your account settings and apply at once. If play stops feeling like a choice, Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia and the National Self-Exclusion Register are there for you.
Cooling-off period. Pauses your account for a set stretch so you can step back from the reels.
Self-exclusion. Closes your account to play for a chosen term and cannot be undone early.
Deposit limits. Caps how much you can add to your balance across a day or a week.
Five columns of value
You have spins and want the average
Each row multiplies the spins by their spin value, applies the slot RTP for an expected win, then the wagering on that win. It is an estimate, not a promise; the table holds the figures.
